• Are these products suitable for any car?
  Yes, in most cases they are universal, but we always confirm compatibility before purchase. ( CarPlay is NOT universal )

• Can I install the LEDs, CarPlay, or the Starry Ceiling myself?
  Yes, you can install it yourself. However, if you prefer a professional result, we also offer an installation service.

• How long does the installation take?
  It depends on the product: CarPlay/Android Auto is usually fast, LEDs and Starry Dome take longer. We will inform you of the exact duration when booking.

• Do you ship nationwide?
  Yes, we ship to any area in Portugal.

• Can I schedule the installation for the same day I receive the product?
  If there is availability, yes. We recommend booking in advance.

• Is CarPlay compatible with Android?
  Yes, CarPlay is what connects your iPhone to your car, and Android Auto is what connects your Android device to your car. In other words, despite having different names, they are the same type of product.

• Does the Starry Roof damage the car's original upholstery?
  No, the work is done safely and professionally, preserving the interior of the vehicle.

• How much is the shipping cost?
  Shipping costs vary depending on the product and address. We'll show you the cost before you finalize your purchase.

• Can I return a product?
  Yes, we accept returns within the legal timeframe, provided the product is in perfect condition.

• How long do deliveries take?
  Generally between 15 and 22 days , depending on the location.
